At Out of the Box Artistry, we strive to provide high-quality custom apparel. Because each item is made to order and personalized, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges to ensure you and our team are happy with the process.
Custom-designed apparel, including personalized logos, names, and other customizations, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part, such as:
For any non-custom or ready-made items, returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the product. These items must be in their original, unused condition and with the original packaging.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will review the case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and processed, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
